They look parallel to each other, but angled to the right... Does this mean bent forks? I did not notice any stress marks along the either fork. What does the issue of angled forks point to?
forks are usually not that flimsy they deform easily. refer the second video i mentioned, you could probably loosen the pinch bolts and set it back to normal and tighten them.
can't comment further without actually taking a look/riding the bike. but very unlikely a bent fork.
since you mention new tires, how much have the new tires run? usually the initial few km might feel 'awkward' on certain tire/bike combinations (especially the front).

I had the same issue on my old tyres, which is why I had them changed out. So I'm pretty sure that the problem is unrelated to the tyres.

With regard to the 2nd video, his problem is that the bars and front tyre don't point the same direction. I don't seem to have that issue.

Also, is there any explanation for why I'm having to lean slightly to the right to make the bike go straight at decent speeds?

I am not an expert but you may try removing and refitting front brake calliper bolts.

    Hi,
I already wrote about the cone sets but here's the things you can check.
    • Fork itself is it straight as mentioned above ?
    • The tires itself - have they been fitted properly , all tires have a yellow/ blue dots they should be aligned with air valve ?
    • The bearings inside wheels .
    • Wheel Balancing and alignment - Sometimes this could be an issue

Might wanna check few international threads too somebody would have had same issue.
    Regards,
    Mohan
