I have replace it with another clutch (cousin scooter it's just a year old) but still the problem persist. I think it might be the carb because spark plug was replaced recently. Clutch has been grease. I will replace with new belt and see how it goes. Will report back if the problem is solve or still persist. Thanks appreciate your suggestion.

Loud starter noise shouldn't be in a new scooter so get your starter clutch checked and greased (1 part of the starter assembly needs some lubrication). Yes even though it has some lubrication from the factory sometimes there can be exceptions. As for lag as someone above has mentioned, check all hoses for vacuum leaks and tell me this, do you feel the engine respond when suddenly open throttle again but scooter doesnt respond OR thats the engine bogs down for a second? Then it that case could be the drive belt.I would suggest don't depend on SVC to diagnose the problem instead, go to your trusted outside mechanic and have him open the clutch cover have him look at all the parts. Then have him check the bearing of rear wheel. Whatever problem he diagnoses get it corrected from the svc and pay the mechanic for his time. Cheers

It's a bs4 model. Whining or grinding is really loud when I start the scooter in the morning and you could hear that sound near the gearbox or cvt. Carb has been clean but I think it could be the clutch that is causing issue but I don't know. I have visited the svc many times but they said it has no problems. I will visit the svc soon because it really bugging me when accelerating it's missing (lagging) abit. Happens almost every time. The scoot was bought in 2019 November. Now it has 2700 kms on it. Plus when spinning the rear wheel it's making a sound like a bearing is shot. Thanks for your suggestion... really appreciate it!

Please mention what year model is it and is it BS4 or BS6 also next time. If all needed information is already given it makes it 10 times more easier and quicker to find a solution to your problem.
For now I'm assuming its carburetted but since you said its only 2000+kms it might as well be FI idk.
Get your carb tuned and check if petrol hose from fuel tank to the carb has free flowing petrol when you remove it from the carb.
Whine sound could be many things, if its only during starting then bendix drive is to be checked otherwise if it doesn't trouble you then leave it.

Check for vacuum leak. Does the engine sound like it's hissing?
