Default Yamaha Ray Z missing problem only when cold! Help me out guys

I bought a second hand Ray Z model 2017 but when the weather is cold the scooter bogs out on takeoff but clears out when riding after 1 min. This usually happens when the weather is cold and damp. Even after riding the whole day and I leave it for a couple of hours after college but when starting it starts fine but when I accelerate it bogs out or has this kinda missing problem. I have taken to service center but they were unable to solve the problem. I know my issue is kinda small but it's bugging the hell out of me. Can you guys help me out? I have change the rollers and ignition coil but nothing has change. The problem still persist. I have tuned the carb but to no avail. Can give me suggestions on what to do?
Note : This happens only when engine is cold i.e when the scooter has been sitting idle for more than 3 to 4 hours. When it's hot all day the problem doesn't exist. Thank you in advance!

Can you check if any dirt, gung is collected at the bottom of the fuel tank near the fuel outlet?

Once the bike started moving and there is free flow of fuel due to continuous suction from carburetor I guess you are not facing any issue after riding sometime as all dirt scatters, when you park it back for a long time all the floating dirt and gung will comeback and settle down at the exit outlet, choking the line till there is free flow.

I have clean the fuel tank but problem still persist. The SVC had check and clean the carburetor. I had bought a new ignition coil and tuned the scooter plus I have done valve adjustment too. The problem seems to arise when the weather is cold, damp , raining etc. During hot temperatures the scooter does have this missing problem. It makes me wonder that it might be electrical problem like maybe the stator or pickup coil.

In my experience your piston/cylinders are about to be worn out. I had similar issues on my bike and it worsened progressively.

How did you fix it? So it's probably not an electrical problem because the problem only persist when the weather is cold. That is what I initially thought.

Guys any suggestions on what should I do? The scooter has this missing problem only when the scooter is cold. It gets worse when the weather is cold but totally fine when the weather is hot. I would really appreciate it if you guys can me give a solution or give suggestions on what should I do.

https://youtu.be/hLbX_I8l4_w this video is just for reference. This is what is happening with my scooter. It starts from a lower rpm when starting that too by kicking ( quite low like 600-800) even when the engine is hot. It has a stalling issue.

I too owned a ray-z back in 2015.. had it for a year or 2. i too had that problem.. as Ray won't even start with a battery and the rectifier would go bad every 2 years. Change the rectifier, install a new battery or get the present one charged, install new spark plug and change engine oil then good to go.. if u use it as it is when it misfires it'll burn down it's piston rings. Hope i helped

Yeah I'm thinking of changing the rectifier and the cdi. Do you know the price of the rectifier? When you change the rectifier did it solve the missing problem? Anyway thank you for you valuable suggestion....Highly appreciated!
