    Question [Help]: Nonstop riding in bike (Honda Unicorn)?

    How many kilometers can we ride Honda unicorn (or any other model) nonstop?
    I heard that if you ride bike nonstop Engine oil viscosity will decrease and which in turn damages the engine.is this true?
    Any other damage to bike if you do nonstop riding?

    May be these are silly questions,but still im expecting valuable answers

    True..!
    You will be tired before your bike does..!

    Secondly, if you talk about the period for which the oil remains good, then that depends upon the oil you use..normal/mineral oil, Semi-synthetic or fully-synthetic..!

    +1 to that! I think you need rest more than the bike does.
    Stopping once in every 2hrs./100kms. approx. is good for both the bike&you. You can stretch yourself, lose some weight, while the bike cools down!
    Quench my thirst with gasoline!

    As long as your engine isn't overheating, you can keep riding on! This will mostly happen in high load conditions, peak summer, etc. And as rightly said, you will very likely tyre much earlier than the bike.

    @all: Thanks 4 the reply

    Once in a ride which lasted almost 10hrs, towards the end of the trip I felt that 80-90kmph as normal speed of bike (compared to 60s in short commute)..bike also behaves the same way..once accelerator is applied bike reaches 80s easily no matter of the road..
    I still don’t know whether it was Psychology or something really happened to the bike..

    This happens because, when you ride continuously for some time, the engine gets heated up and you can maintain 80-90 as normal speeds.
