    Default Assistance from Germany needs

my name is Pia and Im a 17 years girl from Germany.
I drive a Yamaha YZF R 125. This bike must be the same as yours R15 but only with 125ccm engine and some small optical and technical changings.
The basic engine is the same and so I want for racetrack to upgrade my engine to the same 150ccm as you drive.
Here in Germany and also in the USA I can not find a parts catalogue where I can see the parts no. for this R15 India version.
Normally I can check all the spare parts in a parts list like here:
    Star Parts & Service Home
    or VDM PARTS - Internetseite

But for the India/Asia version of the R15 I can not find.

Can somebody help me to find a parts list/spare parts catalogue for the R15?

And may be recommend me a respectable dealer in your country to order some parts too?!

I also know that Yamaha India and Daytona create a race kit for the R15, but here also the basic features are the 150ccm engine.
So I would start and test the 150ccm version to upgrade the race kit later, if this is available.

    Query Approved.

Hello Pia, welcome to xBhp first of all. Nice to see someone (a girl on top of that!) all the way from Germany riding the R125! It would be lovely if you could perhaps tell us more about your experiences with that specific machines. I am sure, like me, many would absolutely love to read about it.

As for your query, there are MANY who ride an R15 in this forum. I am sure help is just around the corner. search of that perfect world - My Travel Blog :)

Welcome Pia to Xbhp. We all admire the R125 for its rev happy engine, big size and other reasons... Do post an introduction in "Who are you?" Section...

From what I know, R125 and R15 are bikes with different overall nature. I mean, in terms of power delivery, maximum power spot & torque curve.

Rather than getting the R15 parts into your bike, I would suggest re-boring and long stroking your existing cylinder & Piston Setup...

Also, I would recommend that you use this site to send a Private Message to "Joel". This person is a true R15 genius, and he has various achievements - Reboring R15 to 165cc, Modifying R15 to make it fastest Street Legal R15, etc... He is more of a "helpful Genius"!
