Seems like the crack is not serious . You can solve this issue by feviquick and vinyl.

hey guys my cbr is 3 months old with 3100km on the odo and near to 2nd service, have been experiencing this odd problem lately. I have been red lining my bike frequently and it had been full of power but lately when i cross 9.5~10k RPM i feel this slight lack of power....something like the engine's choking in some way but it does redlin, and ya its felt little on 2nd gear and most on 3rd & 4th gear . Can it be the air filter maybe coz blore has a lot of dust!.
Would be great to get some insight on this!!

Dear all, i get a feeling like the front wheel of my cbr is twisted and turning towards the right seems easier(confidence) than turning to the left. Anyone having same experience ?.

Check tire pressure. If problem still exists then ask ASC to do a wheel balancing and check handlebar.

I always maintain 25 front and 29 rear.
Handle bar once suspected and changed also.
    No bent in fork.
    Alloys are ok.
What do you mean by wheel balancing? Is it holding the bike on side stand and check the free rotation of front wheels ?. If yes then there is no distorsion.
Hint: it is strongly felt whenever the tank is full and i have backpack.
Any idea what might be causing this ?.

Wheel balancing is checking for uniform wheel movement about the centre, to check for wobbling movement. I don't think the tank or back pack has anything to do with it though.
The only time i had a similar problem was when there was low pressure.

    Ok.
Changed sprocket yesterday. May be the reason?.
Can the frame be bent? Possible?.

I have observed this handling issue regarding fuel but that is when the fuel is 4 bars or above. But that is not just to one side. The bike sways left to right. Even while stopped in traffic(especially after a hard brake), the bike continues this rocking motion left to right.

Other than that the only handling issue I had is when the tyre pressure was low.

If not these two reasons, then it is out of my experience bro...

Check if the front and rear tire are alined properly, if they are not you get the feeling as if the frame is bent the bike will also sway at speeds in excess of 80kmph. Was this after the sprocket change then above can be a strong suspect.
