The suspension of my Apache 200 feels much more stiffer than regular. There is lot of bumping in potholes and uneven roads it feels like I'm riding bicycle.
    Anyone can help?
    Tyre pressure: 25-30
Rule the road, but first wear the CROWN.

Is your bike brand new? If not then check that the chain has proper slack. Sometimes overtight chain put a lot of stress on engine making it loud.

Till here no problem. But when I try to downshift again the gear won't go down. I have to release a bit of the clutch and then press it again. After this I can shift down.
Anyone else faced this issue? Or is it normal?
Don't worry, it's not a problem. These days the sequential gearbox is made such a way to shift down: the gearbox needs a bit of torque to move the selector. So what you do, slightly release the clutch to shift down more gears.

Can anyone explain to me what does the trip-f reading indicate? Isn't the low fuel light supposed to start blinking when you have only reserve fuel left? My bike indicated one bar of fuel. My fuel knob was still pointing to on. I started the bike and after around 50m the engine shut down automatically without even showing signs for lack of fuel in engine and it won't start again. So I turned the fuel knob to reserve position and then the engine started. Again I turned the knob to on position and the rode the bike for around 10km. Then the engine showed signs of lack of fuel supply and I turned the fuel knob to reserve and the engine was back to normal. But the low fuel light turned after some 2-3 kms. So my question is what is the use of low fuel light? Why didn't it turn on earlier at the right time so that i would have turned fuel knob to reserve when it was required?

Trip f will start only when you have around 1 ltr fuel left in your bike and when you’re in reserve fuel only. When there is 1 bar fuel in the indicator you ll have to switch to reserve and keep it that way till you refill. Don’t turn to fuel on when you are already on reserve. Just understand that your tank is like a dual tank, one up and another down. The lower tank is reserve tank and the upper is general tank. When in fuel on condition the upper tank fuel is used and when it’s empty or the fuel indicator is showing only one bar it’s time to turn to reserve fuel. So when in reserve if you turn to on condition the engine doesn’t pull fuel from the upper tank because there is none left in it. This is just to make you understand about how is the fuel tank and what is reserve tank. The reserve fuel is about 1.5 Ltr to 2 ltr , so out of 1.5 ltr when it’s just about a ltr in tank the trip f meter will start

So why did the bike run for around 10 kms when I switched from reserve to on position after starting the engine?

Read the owner's manual. The trip-f starts when there is 1.8 litres of fuel. I think the reserve fuel is around 3 litres, I'm not sure though.

Has anyone ever had any issues with the headlight. Whenever I turn on my headlights, it stays in bright itself even if I have switched to dim, and sometimes it keep switching between bright and dim by itself. This has been the condition for the last 2 days but now the headlight is not even turning on. However whenever I turn on the headlight and even if it's in dim the bright symbol light on dash lights up. At first I thought it was the problem with the switches but when I checked it with another spare I had from my crash, it still didn't fix the problem. I also wanted to remove my headlights and check but could't figure out how to remove it. Any ideas as to what the problem would be? I just don't want to take it to my service center as their solution to every problem is replacing the whole unit and since ours is a local place and there aren't many rtrs that come in for service, they don't keep stock of any spares and will have to order and that takes forever to arrive.

I am kind of fed up with this motorcycle because it puts me with at least a problem every month. So far my speedometer unit, speed sensor, gear senor and the whole wiring harness have been replaced due to different malfunctions and off course all of them were done under warranty.

                          Any help would be appreciated.

That’s the residual fuel in the pipes and in main tank

Guys is it ok if I always keep my fuel knob in reserve position even if the tank is full? Because I don't want my bike to stop in middle of heavy traffic just because the bike had low fuel and i didn't notice that I have to turn the knob to reserve in the traffic.
