Try using gloves, it will reduce vibrations if any.
I never had this numb feeling. Are you holding the handle with ease? Try to keep your hands in relaxed position with sight bent at elbow.

I experienced this in initial phase of owning the bike, after riding 20-25 km used to feel numbness . previously I had never ridden more than 4-5 km continuously that too occasionally. But now I'm totally comfortable, did 400+ km ride in single day. Give some time ....your body should get used to it.

Must be feeling at certain RPM 4k-5K bracket. Wait for 3rd service.
If you have completed break-in period i.e. 1000Km. Occasionally give high raves inlower gear. Like upto 6k in 2nd 3rd grear. Yes, it will scream but smooth out.

Why it still running in Main/On valve setting at a very low fuel level?
    .
Is my bike's reserve not working?

    .
I actually went to showroom for a Unicorn 150/160 because my friends have those, they are getting 50-60km/l.
But after seeing hornet, i changed my mind. Now i regret my decision due to the poor mileage. Barely getting 40 km/l.
    .
But i still loves it due to the size & looks. Its a perfect bike for me (Not in mileage).
Yes, there are complains about reserve knob if it is working or not. But once I have felt out of fuel and have to turn the knob.
Also just looking from tank you can't predict how much fuel left. When last bar will start blinking, try to go for full tank petrol, max you can fill is 10 Ltr (Giving some space for air).
Mileage: Your bike is new, did you properly break-in the the engine. Also wait for 2nd service to get real mileage.

There is roughness in this bracket 4-5K rpm. This will get smooth. As I said, rev hight occasionally. It help to clear out engine.

Hornet will also give similar mileage if engine is tuned properly and ridden in a sensible manner. My Hornet gave me 53 kmpl+ mileage in mixed traffic conditions(city(about 70%) and highway). I did not have to tune though, all are factory settings. Your fuel screw position may need resetting. Also check the tyre pressure. If the air filter is very dirty it should be replaced.

I didn't changed settings. Just done first service. They changed settings. Now its some what better.. But not exceeding 45 km/hr. Before 1st service it was 35-40.

It's okay for me. But my friend is getting 55 km/l. That's made me think something is wrong in my bike.
