A Guru Never Changes you know that.

Yes I did change the clutch plates at 44K kms as I was going to ride to Lahaul n Spiti Valley. So just to be on the safer side. Now the service is due, so will get the Shock Absorbers oil, coolant and also few other things changed.

Could anyone suggest a good service center in South Delhi? I have bought a 2009 R15 and intend to get it checked and serviced thoroughly. Thanks

Hey Guys , Have just dropped off the bike for service , ODO reads 43354 kms ... Had a thorough inspection done , not much change required except for a fork overhaul which is long overdue and a front brake pad change . The rear one's were changed over the weekend too ... So hopefully the absolutely non confidence inspiring braking I've had the past couple of months will improve . Total Damage to the pocket , a pretty decent 3K ...
People ask me , why are you cribbing about the BHP ? to them I say "MORE is never ENOUGH" xbhp.com

I'm facing a problem with my Yamaha R15.
The front fairing is vibrating during standstill position. It happens even after the engine is switched off using the kill switch. It stops only when the key is turned off.
What could be the possible reason? Anyone faced with similar problem before?

The vibration you are feeling is most probably due to the cooling fan running. I suggest that you check the radiator mounting and ensure that all fasteners are tightened to the correct torque specs.

Thank you Abhimanyu. I have one more query. What does 'correct torque specs' mean? Does SVC guy understand that terminology?

^^^ they should understand... If not then, in my opinion they don't deserve to be called ASC... The required torque specs are listed in the Service Manual for each bike, which in turn are derived from SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) torque specs for fasteners.
