Although I'd advise you to get a new leg guard instead of bending a bent one as it compromises the safety aspect. And change air filter every 5k kms and change to any simple cheap mineral oil at 2-3k kms (in my experience, Waxpol oil is smooth for Pulsars).
Hey there, even I was close to buying a NEW Honda Shine for comfort and Mileage, but the prices have sky rocketed even for a puny commuter. Hence this made more sensible decision for me.
And Yeah you are right about the leg guard, will soon buy a new one.
As of now am Using Mobil1 20w40. And as per my experience its smooth as well. Only after 2000km it loses its refinement a bit.

Any Suggestion for this weak Headlight ??
    -Thanks

Cant really do anything great with stock setup.

But i can give ome suggestions. I have the same bike

    - 1. Change the headlight Original assembly to new wolf eyed model and change the bulb to Philips crystal vision or Philips normal bulb 35/35 watt.
The beam spread and visibility increases many folds for this setup.

But If you wish to increase your light focus and strength significantly.

Point 1 is must and should try this first and still if you are not satisfied enough try the below points for supporting upto 60/55w bulb

    2. Avenger 180 stator coil + Avenger 180 Rectifier + 60/55W bulb

Avenger 180 rectifier is a must because the stock rectifier can not not handle the extra power and can fail at any point.

Bulb options for 60/55 w : Philips Xtreme vision (Costly) or New Pulsar 200 NS Headlight bulb (only new model) or Normal Philips 60/55 w bulb( available at maruti spares , just ask philips 60/55w bulb for Maruti zen )

But theres a catch... the Pass switch responds slowly. This is because Pulsar 150 UG2 heavily rely on AC current for Speedo Bulbs, Pilot lamps, brake light(when you switch on headlight), number platelight(you can safely remove it to decrease load) when compared to avenger 180.

    3. Add a bit of extra wire from regulator to headlight to decrease the load on stock wire.

And for the oil Pulsar atleast upto UG4 need xW50 grade oil. xW40 will not be good at all.
Valvoline Xtra premium synthetic blend (Semi synthetic oil) 20w50 is the best oil for any Pulsar till date. Holds strong even at 3500 Kms. None can beat this oil at its price range.,

A new engine won't feel like a regular engine. Also, if it hasn't been properly built there will be performance issues.

65k is quite a lot and you should change your headlamp, reflector and lighting coil (if needed). Use Osram Silverstar if you're searching for better lighting.

Sorry for late reply, Thanks for your reply Bro.

Now my Engine Clocked almost 1.2K ODO After new kit changed, After i changed a small Kit in Carb. The Pickup is slightly increased (Not much to notify) But juddering is reduced. Now Im getting Economy of 48KMPL (Loc+Hig). now Im riding In between 60 to 65 KM/H @ 5K RPM

Some how the engine feel like stressed while accelerating above 5K RPM. Weather it will automatically decrease or should i do something ?

And another one question in my Mind Which oil should i use to get optimum performance, Reduce vibration I searched a lot about Motul, Shell, Valvoline Oil

Finally i decided " Motul 3100 4T 20W50 " Semi synthetic is the best for this Air cooled 150CC Engine. Is this correct or should i change it to another ?

Currently i am using HP Max 4T oil Which is available in Petrol bunks

dont make blanket statements like that, you should change your oil a fair bit before 3500

if you are happy with the performance of a particular brand of oil just stick to it , no need to change because somebody else thinks so
