42-45 man you really have a great FE. Have you done any upgrades like platinum or iridium plugs. I only managed to get 38 max :/

Lol where did platinum spark plug come from.... it won't increase the fe but higher priced sparks have double the change interval as per humans can experience ....BTW even I could attain 40kmpl only during runin later its constant 35 now a days bit lesser from couple of months

My bike is 7500kms on the odo. Gives a mileage of 37-38kmpl on normal petrol, and 39.5-40kmpl on speed. I drive very sanely. Mostly under 80kmph.. and most of my driving is within city traffics.

Lol..don't think that would ever happen, only the excess petrol in the carb is drained out , not the whole fuel in the tank.

@ Kollam Beach, Kerala . I know that riding without proper gear is plain stupid. But it was a sudden trip. b/w I am 18 and I don't have enough money to spent for proper safety gears.. All I have got is a pair of shoes and a helmet..

DO, make it a point to wear shoes everytime you ride. And please also invest in a proper helmet insead of these motocross replica from vega which is useless.
Even i bought my gears when i was a student, i went for part time work/jobs for raising money and financing my rides. I suggest you try following something like that too.

I was trying to be nice but then my brother Krishna already did that.

You must have paid some amount for the white alloys ?
    Could have used for Gloves.
Paint is show off. Gloves is Safety

Try to sell this Off-Road helmet and get a full face helmet.

You said you have shoe ?
I see you in a casual slipper brother.

You said it was a Trip.
Be safe. If you're safe you can plan for bigger bike in future.

Make it : You + Bike + Helmet + Shoes as a combo when you plan for ride.
