Won't make a difference, the effect is mostly pseudo psychological, I've spent quite a bit of money on refills and I'd suggest the best thing to do is replace shocks, I'm currently on a pair of taller socks at the rear.

If you still wan't to try then go to your major Bajaj outlet and they'd help you with it, charged me Rs.400/- per refill, pointless.

Ok, in that case I'll go for replacement. Anything to note?

Nothing much if going for stock as Bajaj does a wonderful job of selling then in pairs at a reasonable price.

If going for longer i.e P135 shockers you wont be able to use main stand, though motorcycle would glide over broken concrete, dividers etc without a care in the world, the wheelbase goes down and handling also gets to be sharper.

So can I go for pulsar 135 shockers? Or 220's. I'm skeptical?

If you like stock stick with it.

Else if you're fed up with the motorcycle bottoming out on every instance change them to P135 ones, I'm currently using them and at the lowest setting, even with a pillion the motorcycle doesn't bottom out and its just not because the main stand if off as with the stock shocks even with mainstand off something or the other would scrape.

With both Motul 3100 Gold and Waxpol Force-P the mid-shift slotting has gone completely, there's only the final slotting into place, makes shifting super quick and slick, like on my friends Yamaha.

Tomorrow or rather today, after a 100+ km commute I have planned to change oil to Rimula R4, its 15W40 hence not the recommended grade but I'm curious to see how it goes, the oil is running wonderfully on my CT100B and a friends Splendor, will post an update after putting some miles on the Rimula.
Why didn't you choose synthetic ones? as they are tend to last atleast 4-5K Kms .

Mention Any of your experience with it in the past !

Thank you bro. I guess I'll be sticking with stock ones as I need main stand and added seat height would bother me.

Pulsar 220 has an old crude engine, it's better to use mineral oil and replace at shorter intervals. Besides, you'll notice in Ashwin's comments on oil that he found only Waxpol and Motul 3100 to offer smooth shifting.
