VJ bro, I learned from fellow P220 owners that BCU is lacking in BS4 models as we don't get functions that were there before - auto cancelling indicators, auto-choke etc.

Thank you indeed Zapps. Incidentally did some homework yesterday and found the same. Guess, I'll have to redig my long forgotten basic nuances for the 220. One bike, so many iterations. Truly a bike that did its metamorphosis as did the world.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Good job. Covid home arrest means, we get things done like this that least deserve our attention on a daily basis. Those are called cylinder damper pads. These pads will be present in all air cooled engine fins. If you look at your bike, there will be four to five rubber pads on either side of the cylinder. This is to make sure, the cylinder fins don't warp, mainly assist in reducing NVH and harmonic vibrations. The pads are press fit. Check your fins for rubber pads on each side, and press it on the side that's missing, you can even take other Bajaj bikes for reference.

    Cheers!

Muffler might protect it a bit but if it touches the pipe before that, it'll burn and leave residue on the exhaust pipe too. The veggies he's carrying might become over grilled.
