Harley is in bad shape i should say very bad shape. if the company has to survive the only option is to go for volumes with low production costs. may be their Indian Exec Anup prakash will have a big role to play. the plan would be initially have the production of entry level bikes in India and later shift the major part of the HD stable to india. costs remain low,and it will good for HD in the long run.
for us we get the best of HD at a reasonable cost.Mountain biking on impulse with my wife and our bike goes down in water
