    My vision is a blurry vortex. The world around me is being sucked into the intake duct. The exhaust turns it into a spine-tingling noise. My senses are overwhelmed by unrelenting, maddening, pure, raw speed. And its only second gear. Survival instincts execute a hostile takeover of adrenal glands, begging two fingers to squeeze the brake lever. Say hello to the BMW S1000RR." - Kartik Ware

    Bike looks appealing to me. I am trying to imagine this without the rear tyre hugger and without the rear number plate... It will look killer!!

    but dont you think it will be too difficult for the people behind you?

    @topic, bike looks yummy
    i guess people are over speculating a bit too much
    if the bike can manage 21 bhp with a weight of 140 kg's(estimation) then the power to weight ratio will be 150bhp/ton, cbr's p/w is 152...

    but dont you guys think the aerodynamic fairing of cbr gives it an advantage at top speed/acceleration... i dont have much knowledge about this, so kindly clear my doubt

    Isn't P220 already doing that with 2-valve carb engine. With FI/4-valve don't you think it can manage atleast 22bhp? looking at the pics, I don't think it will weigh more than 130kg (just my opinion). Dimensions seem to be pretty similar to FZ, so that's what makes me think it's weight will be more or less around 130kg mark. Now if you calculate the same power to weight ratio

    Just wanted to add, even then I feel CBR250 will be good at it's claimed top speed.. but won't you be concerned about low & mid-range performance. That's where Duke 200 is going to nuke them all i.e. competition.

    You'd be surprised to hear there is no time to wash it...
    And they wash only if there is a breakdown or any parts fault
    Else its only WOT....

    Yup...even watch the handlebar closely....
    also there are few other parts shared from the pulsars....

    Also the bike feels light or similar to the weight of my FZ...
    So rest assured it would be a hellava ride.....

    That means it would be a screamer at high revs..coool!!
    Tyres are not worn out. That is the tread pattern.
    tyres are 110(f) & 150(r).. That would be the biggest in that segment..
