    Bajaj Auto has launched the New Platina 100 Kick Start (KS) which offers great comfort with the proven ‘Comfortec technology’ of the Platina brand.



    The Platina 100 Kick Start comes with ‘Spring-on-Spring’ Nitrox suspension that offers 15%* more comfort on long rides, taking up the comfort proposition for both, rider and pillion. It also comes equipped with tubeless tyres, assuring a safe and hassle-free ride.

    The new Platina 100 Kick Start also gets a refreshed look due to its unique and stylish handguards which offers great comfort by protecting the hands from wind blasts. Priced at Rs 51,667 (Ex-Showroom), the new Platina 100KS comes in two exciting colours - Cocktail Wine Red, & Ebony Black with Silver decals, and is available across all Bajaj Auto dealerships in India.

    From what I can see, the longer suspension seems to have given it an amazing ground clearance, but I might be mistaken though.

    Hand guards aren't likely to substanially protect from windblast, I've personally experienced on my Duke 390. There's no escaping winter cold, and even otherwise not much help. The KTM ones are huge help in terms of accident protection, but these are visibly not as durable as KTM ones. Still, nice to see them on a 100cc, its a fresh sight.


    I believe a saree guard must be present on the retail version, even if not in pics.
    Kick start is still a defacto standard for a typical rural consumer so on a 100cc bike, its not bad, and no self could be to keep prices low. So, all good.
