The bikes in question are the 2012 batch of the Daytona 675 and the 675R. The fault is in a missing cable guide, which does not allow the throttle to opened or closed properly. The missing cable guides and damaged throttle cables will be changed by the authorised dealers of the company.

The other motorcycle been recalled is the Triumph Speed Triple. 33 motorcycles were installed with the wrong neutral switch. This leaves the neutral light on even when the bike is in gear, which can cause a fall when coming to a stop.

The other 24 Speed Triples have been recalled for a gearbox detent spring. This may cause the bike to shift out of gear.

In February Triumph had recalled 250 motorcycles for faulty wheel bearings. Earlier this month the Tiger XC had been recalled for an incorrect load sticker.

too bad, they should concentrate on doing things properly and check before handing over the bikes to the customers as it's dangerous for the riders and as this is the third time they are recalling the motorcycles, they must take initiative from now to stop these kind of things. . .

Not something to be in the news of before their entry into India. Their plant at Karnataka should have stringent checks.

Every Motorcycle has a tale to be told and there is no greater privilage in the life of a rider than to have truly understood what his Motorcycle stands to tell. Some of the greatest stories in the world are not written, they are experienced.
