    News approved!

Really sad state of affairs. Highest road taxes in the country, but one has to experience the torture of 'Bang-Galore' roads to understand the plight of poor commuters in the city.

Fair enough. A case has to be instituted against somebody. Its not as if they have arrested him or whatever.

Thumbs down Re: Man is blamed for Wife’s death due to Potholes in Bangalore: xBhp News

Guys, being bikers its ok you care about the helmet, but you're totally misunderstanding the problem.

Even if she wore a helmet and died, the husband would still face the blame... And its not due to potholes or rules or whatever.

    Welcome to Feminism.
A world where the female is always right, and always the victim. There is a lady on my Facebook "Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj" who, despite being a lady, is working against this evil of feminism. I really respect her for taking sides of innocent men.

https://www.facebook.com/deepika.bhardwaj (Please only follow her, don't add as friend, unless rare case that you know her personally.)

Why am I calling feminism evil? Look at the below points:-

    1. If your wife gets angry for XYZ reason, or gets incited by your in laws, she can file a 498A case against you. It stand for Dowry.
And everyone in your family, except your dog will be imprisoned. Without any proof.
Warrants will be issued against family members abroad. They can't touch Indian soil or they'll be arrested too, even if they haven't maintained contact for years, courts don't give a damn, thanks to our politicians and their vote banks.

The recent Somnath Bharti case took a new turn:- Even their dog was interrogated after his wife claimed it can bite. And the dog? Well, it was from a polite Retriever-Labrador breed, known for their peaceful nature.

    2. If she adds that she was raped by her in laws, even your paralysed father can be imprisoned at whatever age he is. Yes, 80 years, fractured, paralysed, bed ridden. Nobody gives a damn.

    3. If your wife asks for divorce and files a little letter with the court after it, you and your entire joint family will lose half their wealth and assets, because this woman will have it alone. For some people, this means that their running business has to be liquidated, which means the loss is going to be more than just half of assets.

    4. Women's Cell encourages out of court settlements. Be ready to pay 20 Lacs at least (for middle class). Why? Because you're a man in India.

    5. Your paralysed parents will have to be dragged to courts and ultimately jail. Why? Because they told her to wake up early or prepare food. But what does this Metro-cool girl have to do without household responsibilities?

    6. If a lady crashes against you in traffic, just run, don't even think about calling the law, unless you have a lady too as pillion. Because any false accusation will be believed in courts.

Men have committed suicides due to such legal pressure.
These laws were made to protect the rural India, where such crimes actually happen a lot. But the urban women and their lawyers are misusing it to such an extent that its not practical to even marry anymore.
Many such women in Delhi, Mumbai and Noida are trapping young men and stripping them, before running away to live a lavish lifestyle.

I'm not trying to scare everyone here. But my biker brothers, be very careful while marrying someone or dealing with females. Its a bad world out there.

And almost all the laws are against men nowadays. That's why policemen generally can't do anything even if a women attacks them. Even if the woman is dead, her in laws can file a false case and guess what, it might even convict the already grief-struck husband and even his family.

    That's how bad situation is.

Day will come when a female will harm herself and put the blame on any random male she sees first and police will believe

The laws were not supportive towards female initially and were unbalanced, now the law bends in favour of females and does injustice to males. Law can never be just...

Guys we are deviating away from the topic I believe. Let's discuss feminism and encourage both male and female xBhpians to put down their points in a new thread.
Interested folk can go ahead and create one!

This thread shows the legal tangles one falls into, despite him not being the main culprit. On the emotional level, he'd be broken. But then, law has few procedures which need to be followed. This also highlights the poor infrastructure in one of the most booming (and almost exploding) cities in India.

Totally lost focus and subject of discussion shifted . Still how the Husband/driver can be booked for death due to Pot Holes is beyond me...If such is the case it is the Govt., who collects Road Tax, for us to use the road , who are responsible for the non-maintenance of the road ....
