    Hey peolpe! I spent another 1.2k internally. She's damn smooth. Pickup and mileage have also improved. Thanks to my mech who got the o-ring repaired. Anyways that 1.2k must be enough to frustrate my parents again. So i am in a do or die situation here. If she has a hiccup again, i'm into problem. I hope that doesn't happen since i believe the engine is a very good condition. Now i must buckle up to take good care of her.

    And my uncle told another int fact. The piston block is just around 7 yrs old. He said that before 7yrs he heard that the pune factory still had some crucial parts with them. So he ordered for the piston block, waited for three months and then got it fitted. I guess thats why my bike's engine is in good condition. I guess u all can also give it a try.

    @ kb100
    I'll try to get the images u have asked for and also the bearings brand.

    @rajat
    Pls post some pics of ur KB.

    KB 125 was one of the bikes that was well known for its handling.A friend of mine owned one and it used to be an awesome bike with very few niggling issues and a good average.He used to rip the bike upto 110 Kmph with ease.Dont know if he still has it.I recollect me and my bro deciding on which bike to buy between a RX/Shogun/KB125 way back in 1999, yeah, I guess by that time KB 125 Prolwer was launched.Finally settled down for a shogun (no regrets :-))

    you made a good choice way back those days it was a big fight between RXG/SHOGUN/KB125 i landed up buying a new 97RXG and my friend bought the KB125 was indeed a good bike but after a year the co launched the KB with new graphics which another friend bought looking at the bike which was already there in our group but,this bike was a total failure quality wise the bike did not survive for long and after two yrs he sold it at dirt price and got rid of it was always running with some or he other problem to the mechanic or the co service center

    Wow - Thank you so much for the manual. I had seen one in flesh about a decade back and tried a lot to take it but the mechanic didn't oblige. I feel happy now, I atleast have an e-copy of it. I just downloaded all the images. Hats off to your patience and thanks for sharing. TY once again
