    2. Front Mudguard usual chromed one or gladiator
    3. Whether gasket is available for inbetween the crank cases
    4. Crank assy was idle outside for five years. Whether to change the bearing in it
    1. Gabriel make rx shockers do nicely. Stay away from the new escorts type.

    2. Use a chrome mudguard. Metal trumps plastic in classyness always.

    3. There is no paper gasket between the cases. If you have leakage, fix the mating surfaces. Use any liquid gasket maker like anabond to fix both the cases. Change all oil seals and other packings as well.

    4. As a rule of thumb you should change the main bearings everytime you open the engine. Get the crank rebuilt properly.

Boosted with vitamin M. Some more updates.. Received zinc and chrome plated parts.. Didn't wanted to waste any parts.. Tried to plate whatever parts that can be reused like even petrol tank cap😜

Petrol Tank is little rusted inside as not used after painting for around four years.. Tank outside paint is good.. Is there any method to cure rust without affecting paint..

Paper gasket comes as a part of packing kit. Though I'm not sure about the OE packing kit, it does exist with after market spares.
100% agreed on your proposal to use liquid / gel gaskets instead.

That's quite a difficult job to remove the rust completely. Better to go for a brand new tank considering the consequences.
