    Default Raid De Himachal

One fine day I was browsing Facebook and came to know about the Castrol Power Biker Contest. I always wanted to associated with Castrol due to their interest on Indian bikers and biking. So, the first thought that came to my mind was lets go for it. Wrote a story about me and my riding in next 10 minutes and enter my details and the voting started. Days of abnormal heartbeat, two rounds of voting and finally a telephonic interview and hurray...I became a Castrol Power Biker among 9 others from India.

As soon as I became the Castrol Power Biker, my family and friends were so happy but suddenly I realised that the game is not over rather it just started now. I realised, some great people have shown faith on me and I have to live up to their expectations. My responsibilities suddenly increased, but I was happy too.

Now the Planning part : I had a plan to see the different Spiti (white one) in March but due to some unavoidable circumstances the plan did not materialize. So, I thought to give a shot again to Spiti, though this time not white one but Spiti is different for different season, so never mind.

I planned an itinerary for 9 days to ride through Himachal and decided to leave Delhi on 29th Jun, Friday. But before a day, I got a call from Senior Brand Manager at Castrol India wishing me Good Luck for my journey. Some goodies from Castrol like Leather Jacket, T-shirt and Castrol Power 1 Racing oil also supposed to arrive me on Friday. Also, I arranged some stickers to put on the bike so finished the stickering on the same day. So, I postponed the trip for one day and finally left Delhi on 30th June, Saturday, 0300 hrs.

    Total Distance = 2230.2KM
    Total Days = 9
