I've asked about LS2 a few times on this thread. I still haven't been able to buy it as I haven't had time to go to helmet shops in Bangalore. Now that the talk about the fakes has come up, can anyone suggest me the shops in Bangalore which stock genuine LS2 lids? I'm a student and if I pay for a fake, my pockets will be hurt a lot
Are Phobia and Piston Head same apart from the graphics?
What should be the expected price of the above mentioned lids with bill as B'lore dealers seem to overprice stuff...

You trolling buddy? ROFL! So if one earns handsomely, can he pay for handsomely, and buys a fake, won't his pockets hurt a lot too. Kidding.

Phobia and Piston head are more or less the same, with the fit being a little narrower and the rear vents missing in the Piston Head. But mind you piston head is nice helmet, my friend has one, silver color and it's good as it gets, bought it for 3k~ in eBay.

Fake to non-fake is not possible without seeing the helmet in and of itself. Check the store first, if it's cheap and shoddy, definitely there is chance it might be fake, and you can ask some questions about the helmet itself to the reseller, all these will give you "clues" to either go for it or no, that's the best advice one can give. All the best.

Make sure, there aren't any loose vents, or shoddy paintjob, chips etc in the helmet, which are prime indicators of fake.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

A relatively new brand in India TIH has also been introduced in Auto Queen, and Airoh too, lots of options to choose from.

Yes TIH is basically a Taiwanese company, who have plants here in India, for manufacturing these helmets with so called "DoT" standards.

Nice paint job mate. Could you tell us where you did that and I think I know that place in KL, some CUSTOMZ, but let me see if my memory serves me right.

Guys Went for a short 100kms ride. WOW is the word with my LS2 phobia. There was literally zero drag even at 110 km/h. I did not feel the push by the helmet. In my Vega my head used to bounce due to drag at high speeds. Anyway Love the helmet. Cheers
