You told the shoddy guy besides you to adjust in the seat till Kalyan. then you turned at me and told "sabko adjust karna chahiye" . I gave a wide smile to you.

Thats all. Then i dozed off. EVEN I MAY BE WRONG. But tell me am i correct??( i am 90% sure that it was you )
I wish if i could have been that, But i never traveled through train, from last 4-5 yrs, i have my mode of transport either car or bike. And for outstation i travel only through planes, by my dad times till now. Even college i went through train or Car only.

But yes traveled with friends in local trains sometimes, but not at so late times!!

Papers cannot be transferred to our name unless we have the Valid NOC.

YOU may be correct to say that it was a mad buy. But in karnataka we dont get bulls even if we get, its price will be nearly 100K.

I do not have that much money to put full 100K. It is either of them (new one or existing Bull )
You don't have choice mate!! You have to get the valid NOC by hook or crook, mostly sell it to someone from that state where it's from, now the RE owner is dead so, there must be one way around to get this settle, get in touch with some RTO agent.
Can you tell me what's your budget now? So, we can suggest you some better bikes in your budget as you are not able to pull out 100k??
What ever you buy, think twice and buy financially + mentally. because later you should not regret!! This CI RE can be updated with papers but would need time and effort.

    Lightbulb @somen,

Hi somen. I am sorry mate i think i put a mad guess

ok my budget now will be 70K. plus 40K if i sell off my bull

Also i do not want to maintain 2 bikes simultaneously.

EVEN i have some documents with me , but i cannot read hindi properly and no one in karnataka can read it properly

the ones i am sure about :
    1) RC BOOK (sheet form0
    2) transfer order form
    3) Police order form? or it may be NOC to mumbai
it says that ' AAvedan patra' bike number so so..... engine number... chassis number.... so and so to ' RTO mumbai, maharashtra' so and so.....
    I cannot read (

Here i dont have good agents. please inform me if you have really good , intelligent AND mischievous agent having connections with U.P. as well as in Mumbai.

    Thanks man.

It's better you get an agent near by, so youcan track the update or put pressure to get your work done.
The best way is to sell it. Keeping this CI bullet won't give you any fruit, because someday you will be caught with this paper and you will suffer.
Try to search buyer from UP only. else why don't you get in touch with the decease family. The worst part is you din't get it transfer to your name when you brought the bike, I guess you wanted to keep one owner less on current numbers!! This is the trouble now. If a decease family is ready then you get your issue resolved, because after decease it's children can help to get this corrected!!

    Talking Good evening,

@somen, You still did not understand me. I BROUGHT IT FROM A MIDDLEMAN in Mumbai. HE had an oppurtunity to transfer to his name. but HE DID NOT DO IT. Owner is deceased AT LUCKNOW. I am living 3000 KM away from Lucknow. I cannot and definitely cannot complete any formalities by traveling that much far.

So Unwillingly I am forced to sell off my favorite Bull

So topic of my beloved Bull is closed... I am so sad.

I have elimnated Pulsar 180 and pulsar 220 due to:-

    1) These models are about be phased out and closed in the end of this year itself. P180 first, then P220 and lastly P150 (CONFIRMED BY my friend who is an senior bajaj official)

    2) Comfort, Quality and reliability wise not ahead (of Honda technology).

    3) Refinement wise too lacking a little bit.

Despite these drawbacks these two are great machines in terms of sheer power and pickup and good option for those who keep it for short term.

coming to the topic of new bike, I have refreshed the list as follows:
    1)RE Bullet 350 UCE
    2)Karizma-R
    3)P 200 NS

Friends, please start the debate about which three options is the best one for me. I am emotionally more attached to the bulls

Don't you think, it's open and shut case here:
    1. You know you can't get things clear with your OLD RE.
    2. You din't get it transfer to your name, whether it's anyone's fault.
    3. You are clear that you will be selling for old RE, anyways, due to the paper prob.
4.And you are emotionally attached to bulls, which means you buy anyting apart from RE you won't be happy!!
    5. So it's RE only in all aspect!!

We suggest my friend, we don't debate here!! We are here to guide people with good, if limited then update it, But not battle/ debate here!!
It's your choice. But your post says it clear what you want, So it's very simple, because you have already tried most of the bikes in last 2yrs.

    Smile Hello somen.

    You are absolutely correct.

AND there is lot of things going b/w bajaj and KTM. It is revealed that bajaj fellows are breaking their head to make their NEW 150cc (KTM technology) engine at KTM facility, Austria. (8 bajaj senior engineers were sent from here). From now on there will be :- 125cc, 150cc, 200cc bikes from bajaj and KTM. all old bikes erased slowly and steadily.

Also you understood me quite well. I am actually looking for an RE Bull . That is why I divorced 3 wives .

But there seem to be a small problem here too :
    1) I am interested in buying STD 350 UCE (If buying new)
    2) Waiting for it is 5 months
    3) NO proper service for UCE in my city.
    4) No spares for UCE
    5) Price 115K...can put a bomb in my pocket.

    As an alternative :
    1) What about again buying a sane bullet (Local papers ) CI shelling 70K?
    2) I have a money-monger-mechanic at my disposal :/
    3) I have to spend atleast 20K after buying a bull for around 70K
    4) spares are available from Kolhapur (300 KM) or sometimes Belgaum (80KM)
    5) After all a true Bullet is a iron one

Which option yo suggest??? Thank you for your time

Does waiting periods affects dream or passion?? No, not at all!!
What passion does an individual poses if it gets fade with small problem!!
Very strange, you have a nice CI mech or service but UCE is a problem??
How come?? infact UCE is the most reliable then it's old ones. It should be more easy to get it or service it.

I won't suggest any second hand RE if a person don't have another bike with him as a spare or main use!!
RE's are well know for making people shell money all time, So second hand , No chance!!
Get a new RE else buy a new bike!!

Smile SOMEN you are FAAAAAST :)

thank you for your speeedy reply.
I only meant that even if any major/ small problem crops up, then no one can do it here! CI mechs dont touch UCE ( they refer UCE as crap ) have to travel to bangy / pune.

And yes. CI bull is not so reliable i have personally pushed it for 10Km
(in absence of cell phones and civilisation of course !! )

But man still buying a new bull is costing me a bomb!!

    I still consider:
    1)Bullet 350 STD UCE
    2)Karizma R

How is the mileage of both the bikes. Kaizma costs me 20K cheaper.... But heart says bull.

Human's limit and fact is best before it's late!
When it's a Bomb then why are you behind it! the other option is wait and save moeny for new RE UCE and later on buy it!
Else forget it , if it's imp to buy a bike now!Feeling has no boundaries unless untill you realise the truth of your self and req!
    I still consider:
    1)Bullet 350 STD UCE
    2)Karizma R

Any time a Karizma! coz, it's more reliable, good on highways and handling, best for touring with city aspects too!! best re-sale due to hero badge!
Karizma scores above RE anytime apart from comfort/Torque that RE gives.. But how much is That torque imp to you?? and that RE comfort ??

Karizma will give you anytime arounf 35-45kmpl as per use!
And RE will too give you the same. Bbut Karizma is more stable then RE on highspeeds! and it has best SVC all over india!!
As per your bidget KArizma fits your bill, it's around 90K,+/- 5k.

    Cool True :D

Important update:- I test drove an RE Thunderbird TS (they did not have any other bike for TD) . It is same engine as of STD 350 UCE except for crank weight of 12KG in STD UCE. TD felt very bad. There was many clattering noises from engine. First I thought that something was wrong with engine. But Later knew that it was a character of UCE aluminum engine. I did the TD for 5KM. I did not like the character of engine. It was very different from My CI Bull . CI was no.1 feel. nothing can replace it . Test drove it above 70KMPH speed. Vibrates- as a normaal bull does. Engine mechanical noise always varies.
And that eats my head . Exhaust note is not pleasent. Overall not for me

ANOTHER UPDATE:- Test driven Electra UCE for 2 KM. Similar experience as that of TBTS. only external appearance changes.
