I guess you should TD all the bikes because all the bike have different ergos, also consider the value for money D390.

If you want something as reliable as your Karizma, go for the CBR250 with ABS. Its bullet proof and will serve you well for a long time.
Else test ride all of your shortlisted bikes and choose the one that suits you the best.
All of them are very different from each other in terms of power delivery, smoothness, reliability etc.
All the best for the bike hunt.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

    Hi anubhav

Well at first i was going o advice not to go for the RC200/ CBR250/ RE350 simply because of the increased seat height and the sheer weight of enfields.
But as you are coming from karizma so may be you are comfortable with the riding style.

I would suggest the Benelli 250 if topspeed and abs are not in your priorities.
Its nimble, efficient, good looking, decent power.

Do factor in that the adrenaline rush can only be acheived in the RC200 and the Cbr250......as you have already tasted Karizma.

Testride for all these bikes is readily available so take your sweet time in deciding.

    Cheers.

If you want a new bike, you can pick any of the ones from your list, they are All Really Good bikes!.

Coming from a karizma, if you are looking for an Upgrade, Go for CBR250R. My cousin has one for past 3 years and he's been using it in Mumbai and Pune consistently as well as for tours to far reaching destinations in India! I Heating is something he never complained about!

My honest response is that wait for some time collect some more cash and go for bigger bikes somewhere near 500cc because I don't see a point of upgrading from good 220 cc to 250's because my assumption is that any bike you buy today you will be bored in around 5 + years of ownership then you want to upgrade but if you are upgrading to double the engine / power then it makes more sense. But it all depsneds on your goals for example I started at 150 went to 250 ultimately gradually to big guns 1000cc+ but that too in future.

In between your choices CBR is more value for money because its cheaper to maintain and also has comfort for 2 riders. Apart from that RC if you really want to hit race track and TNT25 if you are feeling fancy and most suitable for traffic but they are expensive to maintain.
RS200 is good bike but Bajaj's way of treating customers is very horrible and RE is good bike but since its hand built it has its ups and downs for maintenance.

How much is TNT25 costing you?

The best way to go would be to test ride as much as possible and see which bike clicks with you. At 5'3 you may feel some bikes are high so you can eliminate choices just by sitting on the bike in the showrooms. If not done already, please do it and ensure you're touching more than toes on the ground.

Are you going to be riding with pillion? Once you shortlist based on above, you may consider pillion comfort as well if this is applicable. CBR and RE would be most comfortable.

Also, the bikes you're comparing are very very different from each other. Consider how you're going to use the bike
TNT25, RE350 -> upright sitting posture. best for street riding/ commuting.
200RS, CBR250R ABS -> slightly forward leaning sitting posture. best for touring.
RC200 -> very aggressive sitting position. best for track-riding.

Of course this doesn't mean you can't use one bike for other purpose. People here have done all sorts of things with all sorts of bike. But this is what the bikes are best for
