Go for tb500. Stylish, reliable, safe, Loads of customisations, good aftermarket service and cult following.

Then go for dominar 400 if you want an Indian bike. The options are endless if you wish to opt for a foreign brand. But do keep in mind the maintenance costs and spares availability.

Could you please suggest me the most reliable brand? For long term.

I can understand how difficult a situation of choosing a bike is. Well, looking at your requirements, the top two contenders would be Dominar and D390. If budget is not an issue, i would suggest you to buy d390. The console, the looks, the power and the technology is really worth that extra 1 lakh when compared with dominar. I was in a similar state of confusion while deciding a bike for myself a month back. I was sold on the looks of d390 as it matters to me a lot. Dominar looks beefy but not as attractive to me as the duke. Apart from looks, it is way more agile than the dominar. Though i have never ridden a dominar, i find d390/to be quite comfortable for me (i am 170 cm). Yes, it produces a lot of heat but remember that it is 373 cc SINGLE cylinder engine engine with lots of power, so it will produce heat. I would have preferred the heat sink to the bottom than towards left leg. Anyways, all in all, it is great bike to buy. I purchased on 15 oct and i am happy with it.

Can the heat be tolerated? I wear jeans and shoes always while riding.

Yes, i have ridden the bike on sandals too ;-) Wearing jeans and shoes would give very good protection from heat.

Riding in traffic has any negative impact on bike?
