I thought it's strictly under 60k. If Victor and dream series made it to the list, you can add Star city+ too.

It is. Dream yuga made it to the list only because I've ridden it before and it felt really good. Now just so confused about the dream series because basically the CD110, neo and yuga are the same bikes with different body panels.
These bikes have tubeless tyres, which was surprising.

Fun fact: I've visited 2 showrooms each of Honda, Yamaha and Hero. None of them offers test rides of anything below 125cc bikes.

Book test ride online and see if you're lucky.
Friends, relatives if anyone owns one of these, try their bike instead.

Booked online at Honda and Hero. Let's see if they respond.

Hf Deluxe is a fuzz free bike.
Check new hero passion pro 110 & xpro also. Try diya hero injekkal they might offer you a test drive.

HF Deluxe has lower handle bar. It is suitable for short guys. Once I ride this bike for 30 kms and I feel strain on my shoulder. My height is 5"10'.

Seems like you're eyeing on HF Deluxe.

Since you can get slightly higher capacity (~110cc) bikes for about the same price bracket, I think you can strike that off (and all 100cc bikes if there are any) unless you find it extremely good comparing with others during test rides.

CD110 DX and Saluto RX should fit comfortably in your budget.
Neo and Star City Plus may go slightly over your budget.

I'm 5'11 weighing around 100kg's, have rode the Bajaj CT100B around the country covering a little under 8000 km's in a little under 2 weeks averaging around 500~700 km's per day and maxing at around 900 km's per day ballpark.

Have not faced a bit of fatigue or body aches in spite of riding over broken roads at speed. Being the cheapest motorcycle in India and one with the strongest most reliable motor if not for the Hero 100cc iterations, I would recommend to consider this option as well.

That speaks a lot about you and your determination not the bike
