    Default Both are EXCELLENT choices

Both are fantastic bikes, I would rate Unicorn as more risk free than GSR, b'cos of the only fact GSR is relatively new.

also there r more honda service centers than suzuki...
i testdrove tha gs,the suspension is like cream, but when i ripped it in the 2nd gear,it's behaved like a kinetic honda, the engine revved first(with a lot of noise), the i got into motion(rubberband effect).. but in the honda the engine and the motion are together... in the gs ,it might be due to the xtp...

just test drive both of them and decide,as the milage is almost the same for both, uni gives more top speed, but gs has more acceleration, suspention feels same, braking same..

    so 2 factors
    1.service centers
    2.relayability
    3.onboard eqipment
4.gut feeling (buy wat u wanna buy )
RED BULL did'nt give me WINGS, my BIKE did !!

    Thanks for the info.......
i find the looks of unicorn to be a bit dated compared to GS (as it is a new package)........
with reference to reliability and no of service centers honda wins hands down.
But i have heard that reliability of suzuki is also good

Can you please tell me something about apache rtr??[/QUOTE]

Apache rtr is a very good bike i have the Fi model. seating position might be a bit too sporty for some and may cause backaches or wrist pain in some cases but i have felt no problem. I learnt how to ride a bike on this bike and and it was a good experience . it has the best handling and braking in its class. quality is suspect and service centers are not good.(my bike's fuel pump had to be replaced within 6 months of purchase and they took 20 days for that) TVS tyres are not that good they have worst grip in wet surface but they are good on tarmac.ride is not that good as suspension is stiff to aod handling and performance is awesome!.vibrations do exist but they are less in 180. engine smoothness and gearbox are nowhere near the uni.the exhaust note is lovely go for the new 180 in white if possible. mileage should be around 45-47kmpl(160) and 42kmpl(180).IMO its a bike worth buying and you will enjoy it fully.

Go in for the Suzuki Gs150. I just love the digi speedo and the whole package at almost the same price of the Uni. The Uni looks dated and old, the suzuki feels new and unique.

    Unicorn - Outdated ??
GSR - After sales worry ?
    RTR - interested....
How about the other 2 Unicorns from Hero Honda ? I think you should test drive Hunk/CBZ-Xtreme and Apache RTR...then decide..

One more point, Unicorn has good resale value than GSR. The resale value of Suzuki's are very very low.
