Default Import of bicycles

Hello everyone. I wanted to buy a bicycle. I found this bicycle by 'LAMBORGHINI bicycles' on a website. Then i visited Welcome to Lamborghini Bicycles™ to know about it. These bicycles are very cheap and one named 'Men's Leggenda' is 160 euros(9k-10k INR).
I found this very interesting and wanted to buy one. So i just wanted to know what's the method to get one imported and should I pay any extra taxes like import duties?

As far as I know and I must say that I am not very clear about this a fully assembled non motorized cycle attracts 12% duty. But let me repeat it again I am not very sure about this.

Well I think there are a lot of stores in India which sell imported cycles. Maybe you should talk to some of these guys. Also anandsharma021 of bikezone also trades in many imported cycles, so you could talk to him. Or guess what you could just buy it online and have it shipped to your home(if they ship internationally) and then pay for the settlement. But let me first tell you that buying a cycle, especially if your planning to use for an extended period of time, require giving it a bit of thought and planning, or else you'll end up with wasted money and heartburn. So please consider getting some opinion about the cycle from some one who knows the waters prior to diving in!
