Unhappy problem with gladiator ss (handle bar bent)

I bought my gladi ss in Aug '09 from panache yamaha, bangalore. Had a small accident coz of bike skidding, and took it to yamaha panache sc at indiranagar. They fixed a few things and made a hefty bill, but the bike has not been the same since then. Its handling has gone haywire and it swings on from one side to the other at even normal speeds. I've shown it to local mechanics who say the handle bar is bent, but the yamaha guys fail to acknowledge it. Whenever i take it to panache , they make some cosmetic changes like tightening/loosening the steering. Driving has become so tough. What should I do? Is there a better place I can go than panache? Is bangalore wheels any better ?

Also how do i confirm that the problem is indeed a bent in handle bar?

I noticed that my bike was fitted with Dunlop tires when i bought it, while the other gladis all come with MRF nylozappers. Have i been cheated?

I'm also planning to get thicker tyre for the rear. Is it a good idea to improve handling. Maybe its because of the handle bar bent but my bike's handling is not at all good these days and i'm really freaking out. Dont know what to do . Please advise.
