Default Help me to get a Service manual or Workshop manual of Hero Honda Hunk

Guys, I’m looking for a workshop manual or Service manual of Hero Honda Hunk from long time back but no luck yet. Is there a manual available? Need some help from someone who already found it.

Ask any HH dealer to place an order with the manufacturer on your behalf. It may not be free though. Did you approach any of the HH service centers? Pls keep posted the updates.

Bud, no one will part you with the photocopy. As I told in my post, "PLACE THE ORDER TO BUY A NEW ONE FROM HERO HONDA" - try this approach instead of photocopy. If you still don't get ask them why you cannot obtain & call up HH toll free. Just ensure that you don't get a reply from HH that "our workshop manuals are limited only to our dealers & not our customers" (which I doubt).

Copy that …

But I saw few manuals are copied in PDF format, so why I asked. Thought no manufacturer in India provides a soft copy but few ppl got it like that way.

Thanks any way..

Good automobile shops which sell two wheeler spares will have service manuals.
when I asked for Unicorns main jet, the owner of the shop checked the service manual for the size. I asked him where did you get the service manual, he said that he bought it. so you can try this approach or atleast borrow from such kind of person and make a photocopy.
There is absolutely no use contacting the HeroHonda; you will get negative reply. I've already tried that. This is the reply I got.

Hello HeroHonda,
I own a HeroHonda Ambition and I would like to have a "Shop Manual" to know more about my MotorCycle.
How and where to buy a Shop Manual?
Thank you

Dear sir,

Thank you for enquiring.

we are sorry to tell you that 'Shop Manual' is a internal booklet which can not be sold. By the way, you can get to know more about your vehicle through owners manual itself. Hence please refer your owners manual and if you have any further query on vehicle details, please contact our dealers at your area.

Regards,
G.Chandrasekar

The ASS people in my area are good, they had lent me the manuals for photocopying. Both HeroHonda and Honda. But you will have to create a scene that you are desperate like I am into a college project blah blah or stump them with technical questions which they cannot answer and made them feel that you will get answers only from that service manual. The first approach worked at HeroHonda and the second at Honda.
so GoodLuck.

mmmm means we need to go and act as newbie mechanical engineering students who want to get hands on experience on the engine and see how the engine works, and make a fake letter and then get their stamp that Mr.xxx completed workshop / project on engine working etc

LOL… LOL… ASS man??? Ha ha ha ha. Grate job done man… you suppose to be in bollywood as an actor and a director too. Ha ha ha ha Awesome man… Definitely I must try this trick next time. But need some preparation, have to do a rehearsal couple of time at home before doing it, otherwise I may start laughing at the scene or may forget my dialogues.
