How to reduce all the noises coming out of my honda unicorn

hello,
i own a unicorn 2007 model and since its 3 years old i started to hear all sort of noices from my unicorn and the ride quality has gone down ...
so i mailed the HMSI asking i would like to make all the small replacement in my bike wich will make me feel my bike new like changing rubber corks and stuff ....
so they mailed me back with these things. ..
