Unhappy Mac wheel bent problem in Gladiator SS

Hi, I own a gladiator SS, which I purchased in Aug last year from Panache, Indiranagar, Bangalore. I had a minor accident the very next month, on a rainy night when the bike skid. There wasnt much damage to the bike, except for few visible scratches and wobbly behaviour. I took it to the Panache Serv center, and the guys diagnosed front fork bend as the only major issue. When they 'fixed' it and I took it back, I noticed that the bike was wobbling and didnt run in a straight line, and even tends to skid while braking (front wheel only) . I took it 2-3 times to Panache after that, but every other time they just diagnosed some small problem like tight staring or wheel alignment. But the bike still felt the same. Disappointed by Panache, I went to Orion, Koramangala after 2-3 months. They diagnosed front fork bend again. I tried to explain that it has already been removed, but they said it is still there. Even after getting it removed, there was no change. I talked to the Yamaha service engineer incharge for Karnataka, and on his advice the Orion guys made some more adjustments (which they were not ready to disclose). Still no change!

Exasperated, I went to Castrol Bike Zone and they showed me that the front cast wheel (Mac wheel) was bent, and when one rotates the front wheel, one can notice a jump towards one side. They said the wheel has to be replaced and there's no other solution. So i went to Panache again, and suddenly they also agreed that there's a bend in the wheel (seems like the customer is supposed to tell the problem, these mechanics are useless on their own). But they are askin for a hefty 3000 rs, and even though my bike is under warranty, mac wheel is an exposed part for which we cant give any warranty.

I dont even know whether the wheel bend is due to the accident itself, because skidding doesnt seem good enough cause of a wheel bend. I think it happened during the repair or one of the servicing(maybe). Now i really dont know what to do. Any advice? Also, is there any way I could contact the company and complaint against both these service centers for not being able to diagnose the right problem even multiple times?

Buddy i too had an accident on my FZ16 in which all the spokes were totaled... FZ's and R15 alloys are not good quality and now Gladiator's too... on my accident i got full insurance under which the front alloy is replaced... as your's was an accident it will be good to claim the insurance...
Any damage to alloy's can only rectified by the replacement AFAIK... i have heard some guys repair the small bends of alloys, don't know how effective will it be...

Mate U need to claim insurance for the bent mac wheel and since its is metal and ur bike is still less than a year old; you can get the full amt reimbursed.

Change the wheel by claiming insurance. It's not safe to stick to a bent one !

even i had a bent front alloy after riding off road on my zma.i claimed insurance for it and since bike was less than 1 year old got 95% of the cost covered by the insurance company.while writing the claim form i wrote that the bend happened as the bike went over a big pothole at night time.since there was no streetlight couldn't avoid it.the insurance surveyor called me up to ask if i had dropped the bike to which i replied no.
