Default Touching up my bike

Hi guys,

I am new to this community so sorry if i have posted this in the wrong category or something.

Anyways, I own a hero honda hunk. I have got a few small scratches on the front mudguard and also the black colour in the break lever as been peeled of. I could see the inner silverish grey colour. I would like to touch up my bike. Do you guys have any suggestions as to how i can go about it?

Also i am planning to put a rear tubless tyre from michelin while retaining my front mrf zapper. Would that be fine?

Hey,

I have been enquiring about tyres for my hero honda hunk. I went to a michelin shop yesterday, the owner was not present but the technician said that the rear tyre (tubless) would cost 2600 and front one 1600 .. that sums up to 4200 and the same for mrf is 3400.

Is michelin really this cheap?

Order touch up paint pen from colorrite. Those are ideal for touching up small nicks and dents.

All these cheap prices lead me to believe that there are a lot of fakes out there. Should not be so cheap.

I went to a authorised michelin dealer. How about rear tire from michelin and front tire from MRF. Would that cause any problem? Just a theoretical question.

Thank you.. Will probably go for michellin on front and rear.

And suhail.. nothing can be done except touchup.. I did a thorough research on the net. There are scratch removers but it seems they corrode u r paint too like thinners. Thats what i gathered.

Try your luck

you can use the spray paints if there are very big scratches. If the scratches are small then you can use formula 1 rubbing compound.
