Hi, I need to do a complete overhaul of my 2003 Ambition 125 cc bike for touring in the hills. I have several queries, so please bear with me.

Please suggest a good mechanic in Delhi/Gurgaon. Also, please advise on the following components/supplies:

1) Engine oil - Which engine oil is suitable for Ambition 125 for touring in the high hills - Ladakh? how pricey is it? where in Delhi can I get my hands on it?

2) HeadLight - I have read several posts where bikers are advised to change the headlamp to one that has a wider focus for better rides in the hills. Can you suggest an appropriate bulb? Again, where in Delhi to procure?

3) Which shop in Delhi can I buy Cotton Baraclavas and a Touring Helmet (dust proof/sturdy visor? any recommendations for the helmet?

4) Tyres - Which tyres are suitable for use in Ambition 125 on the hills. Specific model?

5) Suspension: If I were to modify the suspension to suit touring - what suspension should i use for rear tyres? make and price?

6) Carburettor - When is it advisable to change the bike carburettor? I have clocked 1,00,000 + kms on my bike without changing carburettor? Do I need to change? Which one?

7) Spark Plug - For high altitude/low oxygen steep climbs, which is the best spark plug for Ambition 125?
