Default Need Help (CBZ)

Hi Guys,

I bought a CBZ Star 2004 Model few months back. The over-all condition of the bike is good I m gettin a descent average of 40+ and the speed is also good, but the problem is the vibrations whenever i cross 60 mark the vibrations increases exponentially, though it decreases when i cross 80. I have touched the 115 mark with my bike.

Also the bike is lacking a lil' acceleration.

So, what do you guys suggest??

Thanks

Welcome aboard; pls post an intro on yourself. Are the vibration part of the motorcycle since the day your brought or have started recently? Check out for bends in your rim (I hope they're alloy wheels) & do a wheel truing.

Default re-cbz

Did you ever heard the word silent-block? The think is originally made in factory but you can try to arrange something similar and mount pieces with rubber in the middle .

P.S. for example look at how your exhaust is fixed on the frame, this usually is an example of silent-block

changing the tyres will surely affect the mileage and performance of the bike.you can get better grip if u change big tyres.

you can get K&N air filters nearby automobile accessories shop and it costs aprox rs.1200/-
