Default Purchasing a motorcycle from Army auction

Hi All,

I would like to know if Royal Enfield bullets can be purchased from Army auctions.

I have heard that there is one such auction planned in Pune in Jul-10. Does anyone have any idea about that?
Can civilians go and bid there? Please guide!

I am interested in a Army Royal Enfield ....

What are things that one needs to consider while buying vehicles from such auction?

Dear moderators: Please note that I could not find an exact matching category for this and hence putting this post in 'Help me' section.
Kindly let me know if I need to move it to any other relevant section.

Best regards,
Anand

you can purchase from army auction, but generally the bikes are sold in lots, and are picked up by the local scrap dealers. They further sell them onto others. The bikes come with a sale letter, which can be used to register the bike, ( fresh registration ), after restoration.
