Default Tubeless on Spoked Rims?

Continuing with the overhaul and modifications to my Bullet 350, I am thinking of adding tubeless tires. My dilemma is that I really dont want to have alloy wheels, somehow I think they take away the classical look.

I did some research and found that some people have managed to install tubeless tires on spoked rims. I was wondering if anyone here has done this or knows how this can be done?

Yes, its possible to mount a tubeless tyre on a spoked rim.

I have done this in my city.

First of all they will apply tinkering paste in the inner side of the rims (to block the air gaps in the spokes connecting area) let it dry and they poured some half litre of some white liquid and fitted the tyres.

They Charged me Rs. 250.00 per tyre for this, some 19 months back.

It lasted for nearly 1 year, I never take out any nail or screws causing puncture just check air and keep riding after 1 year I my self went for a check up, they suggested to re do but once after removing the metal nails I was not that confident so. now I have put tubes in it. for my next set of tyres again I will do it.
