Default Pulsar 200 having high exhaust backfires !!

Hi Bikers, my pulsar 200 is having a high exhaust back fire form its new tuning. But the bike is give excellent performance and throttle response. Please advise me, should change the tuning or its okay with the bike ?

You're running on too lean AFR. Get it retuned to normal, otherwise fry your valves.

Rich mix doesn't fry valves. Neither does it cause backfires. Its caused by either lean mix or by faulty spark plugs.

Sometimes RICH mixture does causes afterfires (exceptional cases). But, here I think, you're right. He is running too lean.

Too lean mix,i had faced this problem while tuning my bike,re-tune it.

MY Fuel injected 220 had this problem initially. All i did was fueled up at a good buck from then on.Once in a while when it misfired, i remove the spark plugs, clean it with a cloth, install back.I had no more mis fires.
