Well the sprockets are looking regular ones, so O ring will be a straight fit.

I thought you'd a P150, sry about that.

If you're planning to do it on your own, then take the vehicle to nearest spare parts shop & take their help, otherwise leave it to the mechanic & they'll take care.

Incase, the chain length is more, you need to cut the additional links, if not, then do not take the risk.

Go for RTR 160's O ring chain and spocket.. It will definitly fit ur bike, u need to remove few chain blocks.. thats all.. Any thing is possible man.. go ahead.. I have even mixed two RTR O ring chains to fit in my apache 150 which was running in ZMA swingarm.. As there is no chain of that length avilable in the market at that time excluding ZMA's chain(but ZMA chain and spocket won't fit in apache as blocks are bigger).

well yes, i have a mechanic for my bike itself. i will tell him to do the job further.

Last thing, do you have an idea of the price of o ring chain and sprocket kit of the APACHE RTR 180 ?? I guess the O ring set only comes in the RTR 180 but i am not sure

I am running a P220FI chain sprocket kit which has an O ring chain on my P180UG3. The sprockets were a direct fit. The chain was longer than needed. So the mechanic just removed 3 links and everything was installed as clean as stock. There is no need to CUT the additional links. The pins holding the consecutive links together can be hammered out and the links can be removed. The same pin can then be hammered back in..

Don't be confused/scared of hammering the pins. Pins are supposed to be installed/removed by means of hammering itself. Just that too heavy hammering may damage the links.
