@ argee - Thank u so much...now the owner of the vehicle says he can organise to get me the NOC, if he gets me the form what ever said....will the process of getting the re registration done be easier...
@ psr....as said earlier....this came with some throw away price...thot will give it a try and if things are fine will own both
