It's useless to rebore small bore cylinders like this .. mainly because they don't have accurate machines needed for this kind of work . What's happened to you is the usual course things take after this kind of job .. I see it happen all the time .
You'd do best to buy a new cylinder-piston kit from Honda and have them fit it too ... will save you lots of trouble and money , even now .

No not a new bore done ... buy the whole cylinder-piston-rings-gudgeon-pin set .. it comes as a kit .. not too expensive ( relative to my RX135 kit, for example ) . If you have Honda fit it at their service .. they'll guarantee the work for a period of time too .
No , the silencer of a 4-stroke motor cannot belch smoke just like that .. remember that there is supposed to be no oil in the exhaust system .. unlike that was in a 2-stroke motor . Did you get water or oil into the silencer in any way ? White smoke from exhaust is not a big problem per se .. you can continue to run the bike like this . Unless it is accompanied by more serious problems .. like quickly depleting engine-oil level ... poor pickup and fuel mileage etc .

White smoke is due to burning of engine oil. The piston rings might be causing the smoke, get them inspected again.

New bore & the smoke still exists???

According to my knowledge goes, ur piston rings have not sealed due to an improper run-in & is drinking oil. In short, ur motor is burning oil! Sincere advice is to change the bore kit.

You've got me confused ... you did a rebore / resleeve of your original cylinder or purchased a new cylinder-piston kit altogether ?
A local rebore/resleeve job is always suspect ( I never seen them get it right even once ) . And it doesn't save you that much money too . In the long run it gets more expensive - as you may find out .
Anyways , if there is no other mentionable problems in the bike , you should know best as you've ridden it all along ... the smoke may well be from extraneous oil/water entered into the silencer pipe somehow . White smoke is not a reason to fret early on .. keep riding the bike .. it should go away with time then . No problem .
