  • Tools required for dismantling the clutch side of pulsar 150 dtsi ug2

Hello everybody, I hope you all are doing fine, Coming to my problem i have a pulsar 150 dtsi ug2. I am fed up of the silly mechanics around me who are busy screwing up my bikes engine. They dont even know the proper way to fit a balancer gear. So it would be helpful if you could give me the detailed list of the tools required to dismantle the clutch side of the bike.

You will find all the information you'll need to dismantle any part of the bike in the Service Manual.Check it out. Use the Search function to locate the thread containing the link to the service manual. It has a step by step guide to dismantling each and every part of the bike.

service manual is good idea, and i really appreciate your confidence, but still advice you to find a good mech, sit by his side and guide him to adjust the things your way.
pulling out the balancer is easy, putting back is not.

Thanks guys for your suggestions.....I have recently got my bike fixed from a good mechanic.......Though he is not from my town......Actually the balancer gear penions were faulty....SO he replaced those springs and penions and fitted the balancer assembly and the bike is back to form again!!!!![]
