I have a 2008 Dec FZ 16.. 60k kms done already. I use only semisyn oil (YAMALUBE)and replace it every 2k kms. M facing some problems these days Need your help

1) the carburator is gone for a toss. the air fule screw was jammed so the mechanic took it to a lath machine to remove it, while he was removing it he damaged the threads of the carburator. I need a replacement for the same.

2) can i replace the carb by using appache 160 carb??. or dose fz and appache use the same type of carb..
i beleave fz uses a bs32 mikuni carburator.

3) can i use appache throttel cabel and throttel body for my byke?? to get the

4) there is a strange noise from the engin when i start it. initially i thought it was the tappit making the noise but when taken to the yam tech for a checkup he said it is fine.. m really confussed. he even mentioned that the plug adapters r leaking . dose this really happen??

Yamaha FZ 16 has BS26 Carburetor and should be available as it is widely used.Try contacting UCAL for the same....

hey, thanks for the info. that was helpfull. but it dosenot have fz carb info.... and i also wanted to know if i can fix another carb to thebyke
