I have original RC (not on my name)
Insurance
PUC
my DL

What other formalities in order to visit leh are important.

please help me seniors

i) Road Tax paid token .
ii) Letter of permission from registered owner to ride his vehicle .

You can get it directly in Leh itself, once you reach there.
Either you can get it from DC office or if you want to avoid going there & get it simple, just step into any tours 'n' travel shop. They can get it for you.
