Arrow How to care my 220

Hi experts.I am a new member of this community but I have been following it for the last 1 year or so.

I own a pulsar 220F which has done 1500Kms on the odo.I didnt rip it much(never crossed 4k rpm except in 5th gear, reached 75-80 kmph only a few times in 5th gear) till 1000Kms but once it crossed 1k Kms i took it to 115kmph with a 80kg pillon .Now i m scared as the manual says a run-in of 2k kms....and I want to change my engine oil too..I heard that Valvoline 4T Premium suits the best in 220..I want to change from the bajaj 10k oil...can you please guide me how can i take proper care of my 220...I dont rip too often but if i see some1 overtaking me and dancing in the road(making waves with his bike) then i do give a good chase till i defeat him...this all just to test my 220's power but i always ride safe..
my ride is giving me a mileage of 39-40kmpl...

please guide me how can i take proper care of my bike..i want it to be and remain powerful forever...please guide me.
