Guys mine fz is facing a weird mileage problem, i was getting 25kmpl so i changed air filter, spark plug, fuel filter & clutch plates but still the problem has not been resolved after bottle test the result was in 100ml it ran 5.3km it means it gives 53kmpl mileage approx so can any1 plz suggest me solution

Mileage depends on your riding style. If you ride the bike without revving the engine much, you will surely get better FE.
Anyway FZ has an average mileage of 35-40 kmpl. So you dont have to worry much about your bike parts, its perfectly alright. |

What was your method of testing mileage?
I mean is it reserve to reserve.. or full tank method.. Etc. Asking because longer tests (consisting several days) will give you lower readouts. That's why there's a huge difference between SVC's bottle method and real life test. |
