I stay in navi mumbai and here some roads are in pathetic conditions full of potholes. Since dazzler comes with Mono suspension having 3 step adjustment. So I tried setting up to softest but still I fell the ride is pretty stiff. Can I do any modification of rear mono suspension to improve ride quality further?

There is no other way you can soften the suspension of the monoshock in Dazzler (AFAIK). I agree that the rear suspension is stiff, but it does not cause any discomfort in potholes. Actually it rides very well on bad roads at speeds.
How much air you are keeping in rear tyre? If you are riding solo, fill only 30 Psi and 33 psi with a pillion. With suspension setting at soft and with right tyre pressure, you most probably will not face any problems. Please check the instruction below the chain for required tyre pressure settings.
