Lightbulb Angel Eyes HID projectorheadlamp fitting on Honda CBR 250R (Mumbai)

I had seen a delhi based dealer, MSX motorsport, selling honda cbr 250r angel eyes HID kit. I am based out of mumbai and bought the angel eye kit (white angel ring and red glow inside), HID on low beam and high beam. The entire kit includes relay, angel eyes projector, HID kit with ballast and all wiring. I got a coil winding done also from an electrician to supply the additional current for HID.
Can someone please guide me to a good mechanic who can open the fairing and fit the projector kit????
I want to stick matt finish vinyl or apply matt finish spray paint on the reflector for added show. I need a good mechanic who can do a good job. I purchased the entire kit for Rs.2300/- at lamington road. All mechanics there are noobs and charge a bomb, couldn't get myself to trust them with my bike. I bought white LED's for the pilot lamps.

hi, the only suggestion from me is you can't paint over a crome part, unless you can remove it. well I think the reflector is plastic part and cromed, and it can be removed with reverse electroplating, there are other ways to remove it , but it consists of using acids and they might eat your plastic reflector too.
