Arrow Teflon and Slime or no teflon and slime?

The White 50th Anniversary LE R15 is on its way and I'm given to option to choose teflon and slime for my ride.

My query is;
1. if these guys actually give a teflon coat or if its only on paper.
2. if it indeed is "resistive"or a no VFM.
3. if the slime is given &
4. if its needed?

5. If both are indeed vital/usefull then is it advised I get it done at a different bike station entirely focussed on the above procedure or should I get it done at the dealer's.

I don't know about the tef coat, but the slime thing definitely works. My R15 front tyre had 6 punctures and was losing tyre pressure rapidly after 14k kms. I had the mechanic put slime in the front tyre, and now its fine.
