you can try twister's tyre.and about the disc brake passion's front drum brake is equally efficient to disc brake.

Hello Gagan,
I live in Vikas Puri aswell, I got disc brake installed on my Energy FX way back in 2006 from a Mechanic at Sagarpur named Iqbal. I still remember the location of his shop but don't have his number. I got it done for about 4500 Rs in which he installed the Honda Unicorn disc assembly. Let me know if your interested and we'll take it further from there..

I have seen some Yamaha RX 100 here with front disc brakes , upon asking i found that they changed the whole front ring to the HH CBZ , Pulsar old model . And added the remaining parts as Disc brake oil box of same .
So you have an option to change the whole ring to the same size one from another bike having disc brake & remaining part . Or there one guy has fitted a rear disc brake on his FZ ( search in DIY posts ) Get an idea from there .

If you have bought the alloy wheel model then bad luck as you have to change the complete alloy wheel to glamor disk model alloy and glamor and passion have same disc set up.
If it has spoke wheel then change the hub to glamor or super splendor disc hub and change the spokes. List of spares required are:- 1. alloy wheel of glamor disc model or disc hub of glamor depending on spoke or cast wheel. - Approx- rs 2400 for cast and Rs. 1500 for spoke. 2. Right fork outer tube for mounting of caliper.- rs.700 3. Left fork outer tube for speed sensor lug. - rs.700 3. Speed sensor of disc glamor. Rs-161 4. Right side master cylinder assembly of glamor with the lever and mounting bracket.- No idea 5. Caliper of glamor and disc pad of extreme as glamor, passion, unicorn, extreme share the same disc pad. disc pad- rs. 331 6. Disc of glamor with Allen bolts. Rs- 900 You can sell the old parts and get some cash back.

Regarding the alloy wheel don't do any juggad as a alloy wheel cannot be modified to accommodate disc and if you do any juggad then the mounting points may break because disc brake puts very high force on the mounting points. Please follow the method i have told and don't do any juggad as passion has a shorter chassis than cbz, unicorn e.t.c as a result the disc will feel more sharper and fierce than these bikes. You can sell the old parts with the help of your mechanic.
